THE 2019 REBATE APPLICATION IS NOW CLOSED

  • The rebate program runs each year from August 1 through October 31. All applications were due by October 31, 2019. If you did not apply by this date, you can no longer submit an application or receive the rebate for 2019.

    • Status of Rebate Check

    • Processing your application will take 6-8 weeks. Please refrain from calling to check on the status of your application until that time period has passed.
    • If there is any documentation missing from your application, you will receive notification.
    • Your check will be mailed to the address listed on your application and include all household members over 18.
